Mutty is a docking bar that sits on top of your screen and allows you to rapidly find and activate your PuTTY sessions.
It does this without absorbing your PuTTY windows, or messing with them in any fashion other than merely activating the window whose title you click on.
It's written in C#, and fully opensource (GPL v3), so you can download, recompile, even re-release your own (GPL'ed) versions should you wish.
